Ingredients

  1. Cauliflower  1
  2. All purpose flour(Maida)  1cup
  3. Ginger and garlic paste   1tbsp
  4. A pinch of red food color
  5. Vegetable oil
  6. Finely chopped onion   1
  7. Finely chopped garlic    6-7 cloves
  8. Chopped capsicum    1/2
  9. Green chili   7-8
  10. Soya sauce  2-3 tbsp
  11. chili sauce    2tbsp
  12. Tomato sauce   2tbsp
  13. Azinomoto    1-2 tsp
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. Vinegar     2tbsp
  16. Black pepper powder  1 tbsp
  17. Red chili powder   1tbsp
  18. Coriander leaves

Steps of preparation 

  1. Wash and cut cauliflower into small pieces.  Now boil this cut cauliflower till tender. While boiling add 1tsp salt to it. This can be done in microwave also. Just take some water with cauliflower in a microwavable container and switch on the microwave for 15-20 minutes.
  2. After boiling drain it. In a bowl, take maida, ginger- garlic paste, salt, azinomoto(a pinch),red color (a pinch)and water. If red color is not available you can put 2 tbsp of soya sauce.  Now mix them together and make it like a paste.
  3. Now dip the cauliflower florets one by one into the paste and deep fry them till it turns  brown. When it is done keep them aside.
  4. In another pan heat some oil, add chopped onion, garlic and capsicum. Fry them a bit, add  mixture of soya sauce, tomato sauce and chili sauce.
  5. Add 1 tbsp vinegar. Now add fried gobhi and mix all of them.  Add 1 tsp azinomoto, salt, red chili powder. Add cut green chillies.
  6. Now garnish them with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
