Golghar

Today i want to share with you my Bhatore recipe, that is very delicious and very easy to make. No need to leave ur dough overnight or to mix some yeast. So here is the detail of my recipe.

Ingredients

1. Maida(all purpose flour)  2 cups
2. Curd to knead the dough
3. Salt as per taste
4. Vegetable oil  for frying
5. Eno fruit salt  2 tbsp
