Ingredients

  1. Mungfali  1/2 cup (peanuts 1/2 cup)
  2. Garlic 2-3 cloves
  3. Red chili 2
  4. Salt
  5. Finely chopped spring onion(optional)

Steps of preparation

  1. First of all, heat a pan roast red chili. Keep it in a bowl.
  2. After that roast peanuts until you get the aroma of roasted peanuts.
  3. Now cut the peeled garlic into small pieces.
  4. Then put roasted peanuts, chili and garlic in a mixie jar. Add salt according to taste.
  5. Add 1/4 cup water to it. Switch on the mixie for 5 minutes or till done. Add more water if necessary.
  6. Now garnish it with chopped spring onion and serve with dosa, idli, chapathi or stuffed paratha.
