Ingredients - Mungfali 1/2 cup (peanuts 1/2 cup)
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Red chili 2
- Salt
- Finely chopped spring onion(optional)
Steps of preparation - First of all, heat a pan roast red chili. Keep it in a bowl.
- After that roast peanuts until you get the aroma of roasted peanuts.
- Now cut the peeled garlic into small pieces.
- Then put roasted peanuts, chili and garlic in a mixie jar. Add salt according to taste.
- Add 1/4 cup water to it. Switch on the mixie for 5 minutes or till done. Add more water if necessary.
- Now garnish it with chopped spring onion and serve with dosa, idli, chapathi or stuffed paratha.
